Chemours is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our growing team. This position will be available at the LA-MX-Plaza_Carso Site


The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ticket Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for Workday-related user tickets; monitor, prioritize, resolve and document issues in a timely, customer-focused manner.
  • QRG (Quick Reference Guide) Management:
    • Create, maintain, and update QRGs and user documentation for Workday to ensure clarity, consistency, and easy user access.
  • SharePoint Site Management:
    • Oversee and update the HRIS SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and organized for HR stakeholders.
  • Year-End Activities:
    • Lead and support year-end HRIS processes including reporting, system updates, audits, and documentation to meet compliance and business requirements.
  • Compliance Control Audits:
    • Perform routine audits and control checks to ensure Workday data integrity and compliance with Chemours’ policies and regulatory standards.
  • Configuration Testing:
    • Participate in the testing and validation of Workday configuration changes; document and communicate results, and coordinate with stakeholders / Project Leads as necessary.
  • Basic Project Support:
    • Support HRIS projects by gathering requirements, assisting with process documentation, and providing support for implementations and enhancements.

The following is required for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or 5+ years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 2 years’ direct experience supporting HRIS systems, i.e. Workday
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain system documentation (e.g., QRGs) and manage SharePoint sites.
  • Experience in performing compliance audits and supporting year-end HRIS activities.
  • Solid understanding of Workday configuration and testing processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.

The following is preferred for this role:

  • Experience with HR compliance processes and basic project support.
  • Prior involvement in Workday configuration and/or release management.
  • Familiarity with HR data security and privacy controls.
