The Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability (HSES) Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and continuously improving the HSES strategy, programs, and performance for Borusan Pipe US’s Houston-area manufacturing operations. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements while advancing a proactive safety culture and integrating sustainability and ESG objectives aligned with Borusan’s global standards. The HSES Manager serves as the site’s primary HSES leader and strategic partner to operations leadership, driving risk reduction, environmental stewardship, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
