Human Resource Specialist / Recruiter - Valley Metro

Role Purpose: The HR Specialist/Recruiter serves as a collaborative business partner to the HR Manager and the recruiting department in the day-to-day administration of human resources and recruitment. This position ensures compliance with Keolis’ policies, recruitment, onboarding and reporting requirements. The position will have a vital part in achieving staffing objectives by evaluating job candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews and job offers. The selected candidate must have the ability to interact in a positive manner with both internal and external customers.
