Job Summary
This role provides administrative and operational support and is responsible for coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining HR data and documentation, supporting audits and reporting requests, administering employee surveys, and assisting with a variety of HR projects and departmental initiatives. The position plays a key role in ensuring HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Administers new hire data review and other system related onboarding activities within Employee Central;
- Supports I-9 administration and related onboarding compliance activities, including updating I-9 reverifications;
- Administers the Welcome Package process, including updating documents and sending welcome emails to new hires;
- Monitors and supports the New Hire Announcement process by ensuring employee photos, biographies, job information, and other onboarding related details are accurately maintained and communicated;
- Maintains electronic employee files, ensuring documentation is accurately filed, and updated timely;
- Administers employee survey programs, including exit surveys, onboarding surveys, and first-year employee surveys. Assists with survey communications, tracks participation and completion, and distributes completed documents to management;
- Assists with the compilation, review, and preparation of employee records for internal and external audits;
- Assists with HR data requests and reporting, including staffing plans, RFP, and other business needs;
- Maintains the HR Intranet site by keeping documents and information updated;
- Provides administrative and operational support for the HR Department including coordinating meetings, distributing HR mail, and assisting with departmental projects;
- Assists HR Department members with on-going tasks and projects; and,
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field;
- Prior internship or professional experience within an HR department;
- Possess a high caliber of self-motivation;
- Superior interpersonal skills and positive demeanor;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, remain flexible and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- High level attention to detail and organization;
- Sound judgment capability;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Excellent customer service and diplomacy skills;
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; HR database programs a plus; and
- SharePoint and Electronic File Management experience a plus.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year. Eligibility and actual paid time off may vary based on local law and factors such as hours worked, related work experience and level.
