As an HR Executive, you support the hotel’s people strategy by coordinating recruitment activities, managing HR operations, and driving employee engagement initiatives. You assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and ensure a smooth hiring experience that reflects our employer brand. Alongside recruitment, you help deliver engagement programs, recognition activities, and team events that strengthen colleague satisfaction and workplace culture. Your role contributes to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where both candidates and team members feel valued.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Proven recruitment experience — Hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, workforce planning, and supporting career development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes — Skilled in candidate sourcing, selection techniques, and onboarding best practices.
• Relevant educational background — Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Continuous learner — Committed to staying updated on modern recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills — Able to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset — Capable of assessing hiring needs, reviewing recruitment metrics, and supporting strategy improvements.
• High integrity and teamwork — Demonstrates discretion, ethical standards, and a collaborative approach to supporting team and organizational development.
