Human Resources Generalist

Verus Research is searching for a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the delivery of enterprise-wide human resources initiatives, compliance with all applicable laws, and advising company leaders and employees on HR best practices regarding employee relations and the various parts of performance management. As a key member of the HR team, this role will also support recruitment, administration of HRIS employee records and benefits programs.

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Generalist role will possess a strong mix of interpersonal communication skills and analytical abilities, with the ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and provide practical solutions. Crucial elements of this role are the agility to shift seamlessly from “broad” HR matters to “tactical” compliance elements and maintaining knowledge and interest in both ends of this spectrum. This position is for work onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and reports to the Human Resources Director.
