Würth Elektronik is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Human Resources team as an intern. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR activities in a professional, collaborative environment.
We understand that academics come first. We will work with the selected intern to establish a schedule that supports their school commitments. Interns may work up to 20 hours per week, and the role may be structured to help fulfill internship-hour requirements for an applicable degree program, subject to the college's approval.
What you will do
As an HR Intern, you will support the team with day-to-day projects and gain insight into key areas of Human Resources, such as:
-Assisting with recruiting activities
-Supporting onboarding activities and helping create a welcoming employee experience
-Maintaining HR records, files, and administrative documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
-Helping organize employee engagement, learning, or internal communication initiatives
-Conducting research and assisting with HR-related projects as needed
-Providing general administrative support to the HR team
What you bring
-Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
-Interest in building a career in Human Resources
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-A reliable, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
