Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for the day to day transactions and policy administration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle, such as recruitment, induction, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, discipline, and resignations or terminations. In addition, the HR Manager oversees the organizing of online and offline recruitment events. The HR Manager ensures the maintenance of HRMS, talent database, and presence on recruitment website. The HR Manager also works with senior management on organizational structure, HR manpower plan, talent management plan, budgeting, developing pay-for-performance and other merit-based incentive programs or as needed in other areas to achieve the Companys objectives.
