SAIT NIGERIA LIMITED is an agro-allied company engaged in the cultivation of oil palms and the

Processing of its products. We have more than 16, 000 hectares planted with oil palms and employ 3,400 workers at ubima and elele estates in Rivers state.

We operate a palm oil mill at our ubima estate, near portharcourt, where the head office is located.

Location: Enugu

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related discipline required. Masters degree preferred.

Relevant professional degrees.

Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management, outside officials and agencies.

Recommend develop, interpret and clarify personnel procedures and polices.

Develop, implement and manage a centralized recruiting process.

Maintain confidentially and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.

Manage staff welfare schemes and advise management periodically

Must have trade union interface and management experience

Reports to MD/CEO
