Job Description

• Making salary structure and review
• Having communication and negotiation with labor union constantly
• Conduct process of Organization Development (Talent Management, Talent Mapping, Career Path, Training Development) etc
• Making performance management and developing talent management
• Making structural Interventions for restructuring organizations, Employee - Involvement
• Support management at disciplinary, cost reduction, employee absent ratio or grievance hearings, for company to be better.
• Check and review payroll

Requirement

• Have working experience in maker or food manufacturing
• Have experience as HR manager minimum 3 years
• Excellent Negotiating Skills and Strong Leadership
• Business Level English Competency (Oral and Written)
