Summary
Estimates and manages residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary liaison between sales, operations, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, builders, and homeowners.
The HVAC & Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager plays a critical role in both the preconstruction and project execution phases of residential and light commercial projects. This position is responsible for developing accurate project estimates, preparing proposals, coordinating project handoff, managing awarded projects, and ensuring successful completion of work within budget, schedule, and quality expectations. The role serves as the primary link between sales, operations, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, builders, and homeowners to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial estimate through project closeout.
