HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager
Location: Orlando,Florida,United States
We are a large growing HVAC/Plumbing contractor in Florida that works on many of Florida’s biggest and best HVAC/Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Florida’s best and brightest HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager’s in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors
- Build accurate and winning quotes/Estimates for upcoming projects
- Make sales calls on existing and new clients
- Create proposals/submittals outlining the SOW (scope of work)
- Assist Senior Project Managers from concept to turn-key.
- Calculate ROI & analyze energy models
- Manage schedule, billings, and ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work-history
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of HVAC PM/Estimating and/or Sales experience
- Strong knowledge in State HVAC building codes, Timberline, MS Excel, BlueBeam, Quickpen
