HVAC Project Manager

HVAC Project Manager - Orange County, CA

Responsibilities:

• Find, Estimate and Manage HVAC (wet and dry) Construction Projects
• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners
• Select and monitor Subs
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering
• 6+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor
• Familiar with CA Building Code.
• Knowledge working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen / Accubid preferred
