IAM Engineer
Salary: $800 - $900 p.d. + Super
There is an exciting opportunity for an IAM Engineer to work with a large and complex organisation as a part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance IAM platforms (Okta, SailPoint, Entra ID, Active Directory), including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management workflows.
- Provide Level 3 operational support, resolving complex identity and provisioning issues while analyzing data for anomalies and automation opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to support operational monitoring, compliance, and identity governance activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, application owners, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and vendors to deliver IAM initiatives

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience implementing and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience administering Okta in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Manage end-to-end integration of enterprise applications using standard protocols like SAML, OAuth2, and SCIM.
- Support governance initiatives including User Access Reviews (UAR), JML processes, identity reconciliation, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Experience with ServiceNow (ideal)
- Experience with Boomi or other integration platforms (ideal)
- Relevant certifications in Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft, or Cyber Security (ideal)
