IAM Senior Consultant

We are looking for an experienced IAM senior consultant with strong expertise in identity & access management (IAM) and hands-on experience with SailPoint solutions. The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting IAM solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using SailPoint.
• Manage user identities, access rights, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Support identity lifecycle management, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Implement and manage access certification and access governance processes.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide technical support.
• Work with business and technical teams to define access requirements.
• Support IAM integrations with enterprise applications and directories.
• Ensure IAM solutions follow security and compliance requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support project implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IAM / identity & access management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience in identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, roles, and access controls.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and directories.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with other IGA/IAM products.
• SailPoint certifications.
• Experience with enterprise IAM implementation projects.
