ICT Academic Partnerships Project Manager

We’re looking for an ICT Academic Partnerships Project Manager to forge in-depth relationships with universities in Australia and APAC. You’ll be joining the Wix & Base44 Education movement - managing, creating, and maintaining learning partnerships with college campuses, online learning organizations, student groups, and international professional learning organizations.

You’ll project manage joint research projects , work on case studies for faculty, deliver presentations for students, support student ventures built on Wix & Base44 and evangelize the power of vibe coding across key markets.You’ll also take ownership of day-to-day project management- handling resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination to meet project milestones within agreed timeframes and budgets, while building and nurturing active academic and student communities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves managing educational initiatives, building thriving academic communities, and turning complex ideas into clear educational content and storytelling.

• Plan, execute, and maintain strategic learning partnerships and ICT research initiatives with universities, faculty, and educational organizations worldwide.

• Drive cross-timezone initiatives and project manage academic programs to introduce Base44 and "vibe coding" into new global markets, including Australia, the US, and beyond.

• Foster and grow active academic, student, and developer communities. Build networks across campuses to encourage collaboration, platform engagement, and peer-to-peer learning.

• Turn complex AI and technical concepts into engaging educational materials, faculty case studies, and presentations tailored for classroom environments.

• Support student-led ventures and projects built on the Wix platform, helping align educational technology capabilities with academic goals.
