ICT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud) to support and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure and test automation platforms. The role involves platform administration, cloud deployments, network integration, security remediation, and production support to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. You will work closely with infrastructure teams, application teams, cybersecurity, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Administer and support cloud infrastructure and test automation platforms.
2.⁠ ⁠Manage platform deployments, upgrades, patching, and production releases.
3.⁠ ⁠Support OpenShift/AWS EKS environments and container deployments.
4.⁠ ⁠Configure and maintain NGINX proxies, SSL certificates, and network connectivity.
5.⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues, ensuring timely resolution.
6.⁠ ⁠Coordinate vulnerability remediation, security compliance, and change management.
7.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support enterprise applications.

Requirements

1.⁠ ⁠Experience with cloud infrastructure and platform support.
2.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, or AWS EKS.
3.⁠ ⁠Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
4.⁠ ⁠Experience with NGINX, SSL certificates, and ServiceNow.
5.⁠ ⁠Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6.⁠ ⁠Exposure to DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise application support is preferred.
