ICT Manager

Hays is partnering with a well-established Tasmanian organisation that operates across multiple locations and supports a broad community of users. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and digital capability, the organisation is seeking an experienced ICT leader to oversee technology operations and future technology initiatives.
Your new role
Reporting to the Business Manager, the Manager ICT will provide strategic and operational leadership across all technology services. You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's infrastructure, systems, security, and support services remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a senior ICT leadership or management role
- Expertise across infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications
- Strong experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and technology projects
- Demonstrated success leading and developing technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Diploma in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent experience
- Current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain
