ICT Procurement Support Officer

Essential Criteria

1. Minimum of Procurement & Contract Management Diploma or related Degree required

2. Demonstrated experience as an ICT Procurement Support Officer, or similar role

3. Demonstrated experience delivering procurement support to executive level staff in a Government Department

4. Experience with IT Service Management Frameworks, such as ITIL and experience in Software Asset Management

5. Sound skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

6. Highly effective written skills to support documentation and communication requirements, and the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment

Desirable Criteria

1. Is formally trained in, or has practical experience in the Defence Change Management Process

2. Previous Defence experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
