ICT Support Assistant Staff
Job Description
- Manage school ICT devices and resource bookings, including device loans and routine checks.
- Liaise with vendors for basic software updates and application installation.
- Update and publish school website content using the Isomer Next platform.
- Provide photography and videography support for school events, including basic editing and archiving.
- Manage e-Broadcast materials, scheduling and ensuring successful delivery.
- Maintain ICT inventory records and conduct periodic stock checks.
- Provide ad-hoc AV support for school events, including setup and operation of sound systems, microphones, projectors and display screens
Requirements
- Diploma from a local polytechnic or ITE/Higher Nitec qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Gmail.
- Able to use a DSLR camera for photography and videography.
- Basic knowledge of audio mixing consoles, wireless microphones and HDMI projection systems.
- Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience in a school or ICT-related environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to work calmly under pressure, especially during live school events
