Implementation Analyst
You will lead customer implementations and platform configuration, translate business needs into functional solutions, configure rules, workflows, integrations, and variables, and coordinate testing and validation. You will support customer onboarding, work with Product, Data, Support, and Sales, and identify improvements to implementation and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct platform implementations and configurations with customers
- Map business needs and transform requirements into functional solutions
- Configure rules, workflows, integrations, and variables within the platform
- Coordinate implementation tests, validations, and approvals
- Work with Product, Data, Support, and Sales teams to ensure quality deliveries
- Support customers during platform onboarding and adoption
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation and operational processes
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology, Systems, Engineering, Administration, or a related field
- Basic or intermediate knowledge of APIs, JSON, and integrations
- Familiarity with SQL for queries and data validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and organization for conducting projects and customer alignments
