Implementation Specialist (On-Site/Hybrid GA Territory Required)

JOB LOCATION: Canton, GA
TRAVEL: Up to 40%
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review contracts with the Project Manager to understand the scope of work, deliverables and special requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand operational processes.
- Assess customer’s technology environmental, system requirements and accessibility.
- Prepare and conduct software demonstrations.
- Configure software solutions to meet the customer’s business and operational requirements.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of system configurations and converted data prior to deployment.
- Deliver remote and onsite training for administrators, end users, and other customer stakeholders.
- Provide implementation support throughout testing, go-live, and the post-deployment stabilization period.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, and customer-reported concerns.
- Coordinate with Support team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to the maintenance phase.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams regarding project status, risks, issues, and milestones.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Follow established implementation methodologies and document process improvements, procedures, and best practices as needed.
- Evaluate customer enhancement requests and collaborate with internal departments to support scoping and prioritization efforts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- Associate degree in computer/software-related field or 3+ years of software implementation experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer/software-related field or 5 + years of software/IT customer service experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a software, training, and implementation environment
- 1+ years' experience with court projects
- General court knowledge a plus.
