Job Summary
Drive sales growth by managing and developing customer accounts, delivering technical solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and resolving issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase sales and market presence
- Develop new customer accounts by identifying opportunities and building relationships
- Provide technical solutions tailored to customer applications to support product adoption
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with assigned customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Required competencies and certifications
- Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding, Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the engineering or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills to present and negotiate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience specializing in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Other Information
- Full-time position with a 5.5-day work week
- Overseas travel required
