Influence marketing Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our influencer acquisition channel.
This is a high-impact role for someone who has hands-on experience launching and growing influencer campaigns in iGaming. You'll take ownership of the influencer direction, develop scalable processes, build strong industry relationships, and drive measurable business growth.

What you'll do:
Build and scale the influencer marketing channel.
Develop and execute an influencer acquisition strategy focused on sustainable growth.
Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, content creators, agencies, and communities.
Identify new traffic opportunities and continuously expand your industry network.
Launch and optimize campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Kick, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Collaborate with Product, CRM, Affiliate, Design, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance and player quality.
Build scalable workflows and contribute to the long-term development of the influencer channel.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
Experience working in the iGaming industry.
Experience launching and scaling campaigns with $50,000+ monthly budgets.
A strong network of influencers, agencies, streamers, or creator communities is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPA, ROAS, LTV, player retention, and acquisition economics.
Ability to independently evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
