Influencer and Creator Community Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

We're looking for an Influencer & Creator Community Manager to build and scale a community of UGC creators and influencers for a US-based DTC brand targeting parents and families.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard UGC creators and influencers daily
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with a growing creator community
- Monitor content output and performance, including posts and impressions
- Be the main point of contact for creators and maintain warm, responsive communication
- Help scale the creator community from its current stage to hundreds/thousands of creators
Requirements
- Experience working with a US-based DTC brand targeting parents/families
- Experience in managing US-based influencers
- Proven experience building or scaling an influencer/creator community
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High-energy, positive, and people-first personality
- Highly organized and comfortable managing a large creator pipeline
