Summary
Information Analyst bridging business operations and IT, designing and specifying data/software products on AWS (Airflow, Glue, Lambda, S3, Snowflake, Terraform, PySpark) for an Uptime Services department.
Contract length: 5 to 6 months (extensions possible)
Start: ASAP
Hybrid work: 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely

Summary
The Information Analyst bridges the gap between business operations and the IT team, focusing on designing and specifying data and software products in the AWS cloud for the Uptime Services department. This role is essential for creating solutions that add value to the organization.
Tools: Airflow, Glue, Lambda, S3, Cloudwatch, Terraform, PySpark, Iceberg, GitHub Actions, Snowflake.
Main Responsibilities
Define functional system requirements for new solutions on the Platform.
Create functional designs for solutions to be implemented by the development team, ensuring clear communication and organizational alignment.
Analyze current systems and processes proactively and propose improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Support the functional application manager in developing test scenarios to validate solution functionality.
Key Requirements
Technical HBO / Academic education
Prior experience as an information, system, or technical business analyst
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business questions into system solutions
Proficient documentation and visualization skills
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of architecture principles (SOLID) or DAMA knowledge areas
Experience in the automotive industry or an After Sales organization
Familiarity with developing data management tools and refined data models
