Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

• Leading and developing a team of infrastructure specialists across cloud, server, storage and network technologies.
• Providing strategic oversight of enterprise infrastructure services spanning on-premises and cloud environments.
• Driving operational excellence across platform availability, incident management, resilience and service continuity.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to support strategic outcomes.
• Ensuring infrastructure services align with organisation objectives, performance expectations and future growth plans.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Extensive experience leading enterprise infrastructure or platform teams within large-scale environments.
• Strong technical knowledge across VMware, Windows Server, storage, backup, networking, and Azure technologies.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, influence, and manage highly technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing infrastructure operations, availability, resilience, and service delivery outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience within operational technology (OT) or critical infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
