Innovation Project Manager

What you´ll do The Project Manager leads and manages innovation projects (new product development or and product change management) for the Adhesives Electronics business with a primary focus on execution; this includes managing stakeholder expectations on project scope, deliverables, timing, and resource management. This role is critical to delivering new products to our strategic markets. Manage multiple projects concurrently, driving risk mitigation and recovery plans. Provide regular status reports to the Technology and SU Leadership Teams. Take leading role in Innovation Management Team on quality system management and represent Innovation management team cooperating with internal / external quality system audits, organize corrective actions on findings during audits. Accomplish the tasks assigned by supervisor.
