Inside Sales Representative

Qualified applicants should possess a knowledge of the building industry, be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and work in a highly fast paced environment.

Position summary but not limited to:

• Negotiating prices and placing orders with outside vendors
• Communicate with customers & appropriate staff regarding changes to delivery schedules
• Work with walk in customers and pull small orders
• Processing order payments when required
• Generate price quotes to customers
• Maintain showroom and personal workstation area in a neat & organized manner
• Quickly helping to solve customer complaints and problems
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Support outside sales
• Interacting with vendors and participate in product training

Education and or Experience:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in construction and building supply industry or product sales experience

This is a full-time position M-F with competitive pay and benefits including medical & dental insurance.
