Insurance Business Development
You will help launch and grow the life insurance business by creating synergies with bank distribution operations. You will develop new insurance services, formulate and execute medium- and long-term strategies, and support business decisions involving regulatory and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create synergies between bank distribution operations and PayPay
- Plan medium- and long-term business initiatives
- Develop new businesses and services in the life insurance sector
- Plan and execute medium- and long-term insurance business strategies
Requirements
- Experience in corporate planning or sales planning at an insurance company
- Experience applying for approvals and negotiating with authorities such as the Financial Services Agency
- At least 3 years of experience in financial business with outstanding results
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial businesses
- Experience planning strategies and business plans
- Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
