Insurance Sales Consultant

The Insurance Sales Consultant role sits within a fast-paced, outbound sales environment and suits people who are motivated by performance, commission, measurable results, and helping customers find the right cover. Success is driven by discipline, quality conversations, and consistent follow-through.

Insurance Sales Consultants at Lifebroker help customers compare life insurance options across five major retail insurers on a general advice basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within the Outbound sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Facilitate phone & online enquiries, providing a positive experience for all.
  • Contact, guide customers through their life insurance options with expertise.
  • Educate clients about the available insurance products, to help each client gain a full understanding of their options.
  • Responsible to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and generation of quotes.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team & other departments so clients experience an efficient and accurate application process.
  • Proven outbound call centre sales experience highly regarded. We are looking for individuals with a sales background who target driven and goal oriented. Top of your game and looking to get into a business with a strong growth agenda and career progression for proven individuals.
  • Strong sales methodologies that support an industry leading customer experience.
  • Industry experience highly regarded, however your ability to learn quickly, show initiative and proactively deliver outcomes, also highly regarded.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team, with a hybrid working environment we’re looking for people who are confident in their ability to be motivated to deliver results as well as contribute to the broader team environment.
