Integration Manager
You will serve as the front-line technical partner for game studios, helping new and existing partners integrate Xsolla products, tools, and APIs into their games. You will lead technical meetings and demos, translate business needs into requirements, troubleshoot API and webhook issues, document solutions, and coordinate with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings, calls, and technical demos
- Act as the primary technical contact during pre-sales and onboarding
- Scope integration requirements and set expectations
- Present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Guide partners through API authentication, payload, and webhook integrations
- Diagnose issues using data dumps, logs, and API traces
- Write and interpret scripts or API calls to reproduce issues
- Document issues for engineering teams
- Escalate issues to Engineering, Product, or Support when appropriate
- Provide status updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3+ years in technical integration, solutions engineering, or a client-facing technical role
- Ability to lead client meetings and presentations independently
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Ability to troubleshoot integration failures independently
- Experience using Postman or equivalent tools
- Near-native Korean and English fluency
- Customer service or client relationship experience
- Ability to work autonomously with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail and time management
