Interior Design Manager

We are seeking creative professionals with a background in Interior Design or Architecture to conduct specialized evaluation visits across selected luxury showrooms, retail environments, or residential spaces. You will evaluate spatial layouts, material presentation, customer journey, and designer consultations from an expert perspective. Key Responsibilities: Conduct discreet, pre-planned mystery shopping visits to target locations/showrooms. Evaluate sales consultations, technical interior advice, material finish offerings, and space planning provided by showroom staff. Complete detailed audit scorecards evaluating both customer experience and technical design standards. Provide clear, objective feedback and narrative reports following each visit. Compensation: Competitive fixed fee per completed store visit & report.

equirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Spatial Design (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in interior design, fit-out, or luxury furniture retail. Keen eye for detail, spatial awareness, and high-end design aesthetics. Excellent written English skills for reporting. Availability for flexible/project-based hours.
