Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking talented Interior Designers to contribute to luxury, high-end hospitality projects (both urban and resort hotels). Candidates at intermediate and senior levels are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop all aspects of approved design concepts by fully understanding the design intent.
• Communicate design intent clearly through drawings, documents, sketches, and detailed presentations.
• Collect and organize necessary project information as directed by the Design Director.
• Execute design instructions from the team lead while strictly adhering to project deadlines and timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.

Required competencies and certifications

• Tertiary-level education in interior design or a related field.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for design in high-end hospitality projects such as hotels and resorts
• Ability to carry out both ID and FF&E roles will be a bonus.
• Proficiency in relevant design software.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly, adapt flexibly, and collaborate productively with team members, Creative Director, and external vendors.
• Willingness to learn continuously, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
