Interior Designer
Job Responsibilities
- Client reception and understanding their needs, transforming them into a professional design concept.
- Preparation of Mood Boards and selection of design identity, colors, materials, furniture, and lighting.
- Preparation of initial sketches (Concept Design & Space Planning).
- Development of design until client approval stage.
- Continuous coordination with architects, electrical, and mechanical engineers across all specialties.
- Preparation and review of execution drawings (Shop Drawings / Construction Drawings).
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring design compliance.
- Preparation of material and finishes schedule (Material & Finishes Schedule).
- Attendance at meetings with clients and professional project management.
- Coordination with suppliers and contractors, and approval of samples and materials.
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Experience of at least 3-5 years in interior design and project management.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and client interaction skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in preparing Mood Boards and professional presentations.
- Expertise in execution drawings and technical details.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, furniture, and lighting.
- Organized, leadership-oriented, and responsible personality.
