Job Description – Intermediate Full Stack Developer
About the Role
Sys-Integrate is looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our development and integration team.
The role will work closely with our senior developers and solution specialists, supporting the development, enhancement and ongoing support of applications across our customer environments.
This is an ideal opportunity for a developer who has a good foundation in Microsoft technologies and wants to broaden their experience across .NET development, Azure, integration, identity and enterprise applications.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies and working collaboratively within a small and experienced technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance and support applications using .NET / C#.
Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular and React.
Develop and consume REST APIs and web services.
Work with Azure-based applications and integration services.
Assist with application integration between internal and external systems.
Work with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures and application database connectivity.
Support applications hosted on IIS and Windows Server environments.
Work with authentication and identity technologies and develop a good understanding of modern identity concepts.
Troubleshoot issues across application, API, integration and database layers.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments and release activities.
Produce and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
Work closely with senior developers, solution architects, infrastructure specialists and customers.
Assist with production support and resolution of application issues when required.
Technical Skills
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in several of the following areas:
C# / .NET / ASP.NET
Angular
React
SQL Server
REST APIs
Microsoft Azure
Azure-based integration technologies
IIS
Git and modern source-control practices
CI/CD and application deployment fundamentals
Authentication and identity fundamentals, including concepts such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience across every technology listed above is not required. A strong development foundation and willingness to learn are more important.

Approximately 2–5 years of commercial software development experience.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
A solid understanding of full-stack application development.
An interest in expanding beyond traditional development into Azure, integration and identity.
The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance.
Good communication and documentation skills.
A practical and collaborative approach to delivering solutions.
A willingness to learn from senior technical specialists and progressively take ownership of applications and solutions.
