Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 + Benefits + Extra Leave

We’re looking for an Intermediate Platform Engineer who’s been around the block a few times, who has a few tricky incidents under their belt, and still enjoys coming back for more. 😅
You’ll help shape and improve an internal developer platform, with a strong focus on reliability, security, performance and cost efficiency.
What you’ll be doing
- Help shape and evolve the internal developer platform
- Build, maintain and optimise AWS infrastructure
- Automate the boring stuff and streamline developer workflows
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Support and optimise AWS ECS Fargate
- Strengthen monitoring, observability and platform performance
- Build tools, guardrails and documentation that make developers’ lives easier
- Keep the platform reliable, scalable and secure
- Spot infrastructure risks and help put smart solutions in place
- Keep an eye on cloud usage and find opportunities to optimise costs
- Partner with developers and technical leaders to shape the future of the platform
- Strong software engineering, automation and operations experience
- Solid Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and core cloud services
- Terraform experience
- Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines
- Strong GitHub Actions experience
- Experience with monitoring, observability and performance tooling
- A good understanding of reliability, security and performance
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
