Job Overview:
Our Investment Transition Partner (ITP) team is seeking an intern for Summer 2027. The team works to create positive client experiences by reducing ramp-up and onboarding time so advisors can remain focused on their businesses. The ideal candidate will be based in Fort Mill, SC and participate in a hybrid work schedule of 2–3 days per week in the office at the discretion of the intern and manager.
Responsibilities:
• Gain immediate exposure to the financial services industry and work alongside Transition Support Partners supporting Investment Mapping and Advisory platforms.
• Contribute to all aspects of project workstreams, including scoping and structuring problems, conducting analyses and research, and creating presentations.
• Assist with onboarding and transition-related activities that support a positive advisor and client experience.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Interest in the financial services industry.
• Offer is contingent upon successful background screening.
• Must be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte area or San Diego area and able to work a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office).
Core Competencies:
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to utilize formulas and VLOOKUP functions in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferences:
• Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce preferred but not required.
• Previous internship, project, or coursework experience related to finance, business, or analytics.
Summer 2027 Internship Schedule:
• Full - time position for 10 weeks in the summer of 2027; Monday through Friday, working 40 hours a week during business operating hours.
• Internship dates: 6/1/2027 – 8/6/2027

Hourly Rate:
$25The hourly amount is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
