Duration: 6 or 8 months (Course Dependant )
Salary: €30,500
Location: Lilly GBS, Little Island Cork
Type: Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.
Course Eligibility: BSc in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Purpose and Responsibilities:
As an IT Analyst you will be part of a global IT operations team providing operations support for Clinical Trials. The Operations and support work will involve incident management, troubleshooting system issues, problem and change management. The split is 50% focus on development/enhancements and 50% on operations/support.
You will work alongside Quality and Regulatory to ensure our solutions remain in compliance. You will partner with the teams across Lilly India & Indianapolis. A successful candidate for this role will have a strong technical curiosity, a passion for customer services to ensure a delightful experience for patients and providers, and a willingness to constantly evolve in this new and innovative space.
Requirements:
Develop & Support digitizing paper forms using no-code platform.
Develop, Maintain & support PowerBI dashboards.
Provide IT operations support for Clinical Trials.
