Intern QA Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Intern QA Engineer to join our development team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has already gained some initial experience in QA and is eager to strengthen their skills, work on real projects, and grow into a confident QA Engineer under the guidance of experienced mentors.
What You Will Learn & Do
- Analyze requirements and better understand product specifications
- Create and maintain test cases and checklists
- Perform manual testing of web applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using professional tools
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Learn how to test APIs using tools like Postman
- Improve understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices
- Get exposure to basic automation concepts and tools
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Up to 1 year of experience in QA (commercial experience or strong internship/practice background)
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and testing types
- Understanding of how web applications and client-server systems work
- Basic knowledge of programming (any language) and understanding of logic
- Familiarity with at least one bug-tracking or project management system (e.g., Jira)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have
- Completed QA courses or relevant certification
- Basic experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of Git
