Internal Kubernetes Platform SRE Lead

We are looking for an experienced Internal Kubernetes Platform SRE Lead for our client, a global financial institution, to join an international team responsible for maintaining and scaling an internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP) within a Private Cloud environment.
As an SRE Lead, you will ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of critical containerization services, manage a local team, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to process automation and reliability improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Containerization and orchestration concepts.
- Observability and troubleshooting tools.
- ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, Service Meshes is a plus.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret logs and monitoring dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills in English – ability to work with global teams.
- Flexibility to occasionally work late hours and take part in on-call support.
