Internal Sales - Technical (East Rand) Permanent

Were seeking a proactive and service-driven Internal Sales Representative for our client to:

• Assist with daily sales operations: quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
• Manage customer inquiries, maintain records in CRM/Excel/ERP
• Collaborate closely with external sales team to drive customer satisfaction and sales targets
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs with strong communication and administrative efficiency

What You Bring:

• 3+ years internal sales or customer-service experience (preferably in Construction, Industrial Equipment)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems
• Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong sales orientation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Grade 12 or equivalent;
