About the Role:

As the Internet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all online sales inquiries, maximizing internet leads, and ensuring a top-notch digital experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing team to turn leads into loyal buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to all internet leads via CRM, phone, email, and text

• Manage and optimize online inventory listings and lead sources

• Track and report on internet sales performance metrics

• Set and exceed monthly appointment and sales goals

• Ensure excellent customer follow-up and satisfaction

• Coordinate with the BDC, sales managers, and digital marketing team

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success in automotive internet or BDC sales

• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

• CRM experience (e.g., DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Elead, etc.)

• Knowledge of digital lead generation and online marketing tools

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
