Responsibilities
This person will need to perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations.
- Operates according to company’s safety and quality policies and in compliance to customer’s service standard
- To meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders)
- Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to inventory
- Send daily inventory reports to the team
- conducts Performance dialog reviews with the team
- Maintain and filing of documentation
Requirements
- College level
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role and similar industry
- Experience in 3PL is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience in SAP and WMS is an advantage
- Willing to work on shifting schedule and work during weekends when needed
- Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
