Investment Analyst Accelerator
You will source and evaluate early-stage startups across North America, manage inbound deal flow through diligence and investment recommendations, and build relationships with founders, operators, investors, and ecosystem partners. You will represent the firm at events, support market and trend analysis, and collaborate with Platform and Accelerator teams to support founders.
Responsibilities
- Source high-potential early-stage startups through outbound sourcing, referrals, community engagement, and data tools.
- Manage and evaluate inbound deal flow from initial screening through diligence and final investment recommendations.
- Build relationships with founders, operators, investors, and startup ecosystem participants.
- Represent Forum Ventures at events, host founder meetings, and share market perspectives.
- Support investment thesis development through market mapping, trend analysis, and white-space identification.
- Collaborate with Platform and Accelerator teams to support founders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technology startups or experience as a founder.
- Knowledge of emerging technology and startups.
- Communication, storytelling, and memo-writing skills.
- Ability to distill complexity and assess founders and markets.
- Experience building relationships through outreach, events, or introductions.
- Comfort creating content, sharing ideas online, and growing a professional network.
