Key Responsibilities
- Project due diligence
- Generating trade and investment ideas
- Analyzing and tracking market catalysts
- Systematic segment analysis and competitive technology analysis
- Detailed token-economic modeling

Focus Areas
The role emphasizes fundamental analysis including novel valuation models, token economics, and project-specific due diligence. Analysts support both early-stage venture deals and liquid market opportunities while identifying emerging narratives in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3.
Requirements & Qualifications
- University degree (STEM preferred; economics and business also applicable)
- Strong writing and communication abilities
- Competency in blockchain-based languages such as Python (highly regarded but not necessary)

- Professional or personal experience analyzing and investing in crypto
- Self-starter with deep curiosity about blockchain
- Preferred: track record or technical knowledge in smart-contract coding, yield farming, or publishing insightful content

Compensation
Salary plus a discretionary, performance-based annual bonus.
