Investment Banking Analyst
- Leading corporate finance advisory firm
- Permanent headcount based in Singapore
- Work on deals across M&A, Capital Raising, Venture & Growth deals across Series A/B, plus additional Single family office work
Responsibilities:
- Work with founders, investors and corporates to execute high-impact transactions
- Support deal execution and origination, prepare client presentation materials, marketing related materials including teaser/ term sheets and reports
- Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
- Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-level research
- Support single family office work by looking into tech investments, deploying capital globally across venture and growth stage opportunities
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in investment banking, venture capital, corporate finance, or related work.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
- Excellent research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is advantageous for supporting transactions involving clients, investors, or counterparties in the respective markets.
