Investment Manager
1. Lead and manage investment and financing activities across the Middle East, including project origination, investment evaluation, commercial structuring, investment approval, financing coordination, tendering support, and project implementation, with a focus on infrastructure, PPP, EPC+F, and concession projects. 2. Identify, collect, monitor, and analyze market intelligence and investment opportunities across the Middle East; conduct preliminary project screening, maintain the investment pipeline, and track prospective projects. 3. Organize and coordinate preliminary due diligence, market research, and technical, commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory assessments for prospective investment projects. 4. Develop investment strategies and project implementation plans; conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, investment valuation, and comprehensive risk and opportunity assessments; and prepare Pre-Feasibility Study (Pre-FS) reports and other investment-evaluation documents. 5. Lead the internal investment-review process by preparing project-initiation documentation, coordinating cross-functional reviews, and obtaining investment approvals in accordance with the Company's governance procedures. 6. Following project approval, coordinate internal and external approvals, statutory filings, feasibility studies, independent reviews, financing arrangements, and regulatory-compliance requirements to facilitate project implementation. 7. Support and coordinate bids for competitive investment projects, including commercial proposals, financial offers, consortium structuring, and negotiations with clients, partners, lenders, and other stakeholders. 8. Liaise with government authorities, clients, financial institutions, investors, consultants, legal advisers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project development, financial close, and implementation. 9. Work closely with business development, engineering, finance, legal, commercial, procurement, and project-management teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of investment projects. 10. Monitor project performance throughout the investment lifecycle, identify key commercial and investment risks, and recommend mitigation measures to safeguard the Company's interests and maximize project value.
Qualifications • Proven experience in infrastructure investment, PPP/BOOT/EPC+F projects, EPC contracting, or project financing is highly preferred. • Familiarity with the Middle East market, particularly Saudi Arabia, including its regulatory framework, procurement practices, and investment environment. • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, evaluate project feasibility, and lead commercial negotiations. Education Bachelor's degree or above (full-time) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Engineering Management, Port and Waterway Engineering, Civil Engineering, or another related discipline. Experience At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in investment, project development, engineering, infrastructure, or financial analysis. Age Preferably 35–50 years old. Professional Knowledge • Sound knowledge of project investment, business development, tendering and bidding, and project management. • Familiarity with local laws and regulations, commercial practices, and market conditions. • A strong understanding of infrastructure investment, project financing, commercial evaluation, and contract management is preferred. Language and Skills • Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment.
