Main Responsibilities

1. Create and develop product designs using sketches and design software (Adobe, Corel, etc.).
2. Develop prototypes and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and testing results.
3. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure designs meet technical, aesthetic, and budget requirements.
4. Conduct market research and trend analysis to align product designs with customer needs.
5. Prepare and maintain design documentation, including specifications, revisions, and product development records.
6. Manage product development timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Design (DKV, Product Design, or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in design (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong design sense, particularly in branding, packaging, and promotional materials (F&B experience is a plus).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within timelines.
