As IT Analyst III, you will deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success!
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Provides application software development services or technical support
Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation
Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment
Designs, deploys, and supports Copilot Studio agents to automate business processes, improve user experiences, and scale AI solutions across the enterprise
Partners with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver automation and AI solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency
Develops standards, best practices, training materials, and supports resources to drive successful adoption of Power Platform and AI technologies
Manages platform operations including environment strategy, deployment pipelines, release management, solution lifecycle management (ALM), monitoring, and support processes for Power Platform and AI solutions
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
